The D-10-2 Startup Preparation Visa is for preparing a technology-based startup in Korea and does not permit profit-generating business activities.

Startup VISA(D-8-4)

D-8-4 Technology and Business Startup visa issuance for founders of a corporation regarding technology and business startup immigration, who have bachelor's degree and intellectual property rights or equivalent skills

Trade VISA(D-9-1)

A trade VISA is a specialization of trade in order to expand the convenience of staying in Korea for excellent foreign traders. The requirements for obtaining a trade visa are diversified by scoring experience in Korea.

If you want to skill-based startup in Korea, you can apply to Startup Prep. VISA (D-10-2) throws taking OASIS classes. The D-10-2 VISA can apply OASIS participants ONLY. It can be issued 6 months and 5 times extension - it is up to 2 years period.

If you want to skill-based startup in Korea, you can apply for Startup VISA (D-8-4) via Startup Prep. VISA (D-10-2). The D-8-4 VISA can apply to OASIS participants ONLY. It can be issued for 12 months and extended while doing your business.

If you want to trade business in Korea, you can apply for Trade VISA (D-9-1) via OASIS classes. It can be issued for 12 months and extended while doing your business.
